Staff Recruitment
Serve full-time with Anabaptist Border Ministries at the US/Mexico border. We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team.
The Need
We are in need of single staff, both men and ladies, who feel called to serve in a cross-cultural ministry setting. Staff members live on our base in San Juan, Texas and participate in daily ministry activities including outreach to migrant camps, literature distribution, and community support.
This is an opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus among weary travelers at the border, sharing the gospel through word and deed.
What to Expect
Community Living
Live alongside fellow staff on our base in San Juan, TX, building deep relationships and supporting one another in ministry.
Cross-Border Outreach
Regularly cross into Mexico to visit migrant camps, lead Bible studies, serve meals, and share encouragement with those in need.
Spiritual Growth
Grow in your faith through daily devotions, team worship, and the stretching experience of serving in a cross-cultural environment.
